The Representative is responsible for setting appointments for the sales team through cold call initiatives. The Representative will reach business targets through excellent telephone sales and communication skills. This individual will also develop his/her phone-based lead generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishment of ongoing rapport with potential customers. Job Duties

  • Cold-call prospects that are generated by our in-house CRM database
  • Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin appointment process
  • Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects
  • Assist in creating RFP responses to potential clients
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to prospects
  • Overcome objections of prospective customers
  • Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.
  • Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.



  • Direct work experience in an inside sales/B2B capacity
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintain established dial objectives
  • Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Self-motivated; with energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
