Our company was founded in 1996 by our CEO, David Schwimmer, after he served at a major insurance brokerage for more than 10 years. He founded Vista with the vision to provide the most competitive benefit programs with value-added services and technology that would engage and empower employees – and save time for busy HR professionals.
When Vista was founded in 1996, many of today’s digital technologies didn’t exist yet. A lot has happened in 27 years! As new technologies emerged, Vista kept its clients on the leading edge by building our portfolio of services and time-saving applications. Today, our company has grown to more than 30 employees with five additional partners that brought more than 200 years of combined experience to our team.
